In the series the Little Mermaid on the Disney Channel, Ariel actually befriended a deaf Mermaid of color named Gabriella who sings with sign language. I always wanted to see more of her… or any PoC merfolk in that franchise.
Oh wow… what is the episode? Maybe I can find it and watch it, I really want to see that! I love the idea of singing with signs, it sounds so beautiful…
